Here's the script for the outside reporter featured in my news programme for one of the stories:

 

David Moyes takes blame for Man Utd defeat at Olympiakos

Manchester United manager David Moyes says he is to blame for his side's 2-0 loss to Champions League opponents Olympiakos on Tuesday.

United were favourites to beat the Greek side over two legs but they now face the prospect of missing out on the quarter-finals.

“I didn't see that level of performance coming, I just didn't see it”

"I take responsibility,". "It's my team and I always front up."

: "It was a really poor performance. We never really got going and we didn't deserve anything."

United registered their first and only shot on target of the match in the 89th minute as they slumped to a surprise defeat.

Moyes, who left teenager Adnan Januzaj out of the squad, admitted they had not done enough to secure a potentially valuable away goal.

"I am just surprised,". "I didn't see that level of performance coming, I just didn't see it.

"It's the worst we've played in Europe. We didn't offer enough on the night to create a goal.

"There is undoubtedly talent at Manchester United but we didn't show it."

As a part of my news programme coursework, I had to produce a script.
The script was mostly followed during recording however at times some parts of the script were changed and also changed during the editing.

, I’m outside Old Trafford as Man United’s most recent defeat in the Champions league once again leaves fans questioning David Moyes’s future at the club, and the clubs chances in the competition.

Also, the progress… Or the lack of it from the premier league sides in the Champions League.

If you’re paying your BBC licence, you might find that soon it could go up. That’s because the BBC director general Tony Hall wants the licence increased to include iPlayer.

He says that according to their research the public is prepared to pay from £15 to £20 a month instead of the £12 a month they are paying at the moment.

However, should the bbc licence be increased?

It’s recently been announced that the BBC is to take down one of their channels in order to continue with their savings plan.

Tony Hall says that he would rather make a single dramatic cut than make small cuts to separate budgets.

A long time BBC presenter Jonathan Dimbleby said that BBC 2 and BBC 4 could murge because they broadcast similar content.

If BBC 3 will be taken down however, it’s content will still be available online.

 

Lots of muslims have been offended by the Dark Horse video, as it shows an Islamic necklace being burned. The video has sparked a petition for it to be pulled from youtube because of it’s offencive content.

More than 50,000 muslims have shown their support for the video to be taken down because of a scene that shows an Islamic necklace being burned by a lightening short from Perry’s eyes.

Most signatures came from Britain however, Muslim countries like Pakistan Qatar and Saudi Arabia have also entered the debate.

The video had over 30 million views on Youtube and is in the top 10 in the UK charts.
